4. If you love chocolates, which do you prefer – milk, dark, with almonds, etc? :: mint and with nuts

5. How do you control your cravings for sweet stuff (I have a hard time with mine!)? :: I drink lots of water or I sleep

touring Colorado

A friend of mine whose luckily living and happily enjoying her life in another country recently emailed me and told me about her recent Colorado trip, where she gained a whole lot of pound after her nightly trips at the famous Denver Restaurants strip! Since she love food and trying out new dishes, it was a heaven for her! dining out at different restaurants with different country specialties, what more can you ask for?! She even had her pictures taken in every restaurant she dine at and almost every cuisine that she ordered! I will ask her to share some of it so I can blog it :D
Anyways, I heard that there are a lot of things to do in Colorado, fantastic sites and tourist spots awaits every vacationer, people from all over the world who was able to experience the vacation holiday really love their stay and had a wonderful time with all the stuff that they got to do.

our weekend

Our weekend was a so-so, we went to a place that we should have not gone to, but as we all know, things happen for certain reason, thus whatever happens during the less than 1 hour moment of truth, we just charged it to experience.
We then went to the mall right after, to have some relaxing time and shopping for the little brat! we also had post snack/pre dinner at Pizza hut where we had pasta, pizza's and calamari. We then head to the supplies and appliances center to buys some faucets mom asked for us to get, got a new shower curtain and fitted bed sheet too.
Before we went home, I pass the bakeshop and bought this yummy ensaymada! :)

frappe want!

I've been aching myself for a Starbucks coffee for some time now. I want a white mocha frappe venti as soon as possible. That is why I asked my sister to tag me along to her Wednesday mall trip :) And that is tomorrow! I can't wait to taste my yummy treat, and yes I'll probably buy krispy kreme donuts too! now, that's carbo and sweet loading eh? Who cares! I just badly need my me time and some sweet doze. Catch you guys later...

on food and getting fat

here is a shot of one of the many cold cuts for appetizers that my friends ate during my previous company's Christmas party at a hotel in Manila. sometimes, even when you are already focused in getting yourself fit food and its yummyness always gets in the way! if only my husband will allow me to go to the gym again, maybe then i wouldn't have the hard time to get back my shape. pregnancy fats are still enjoying their long stay in my body. argh. if only i get to exercise again in a gym and use equipments like dumbbells, treadmills and the likes, getting my wanted body shape would be easy! plus i can and would probably be able to eat foods that fancies my taste.

yummy birthday cake for my sister given by her friends/classmates, we were opt to buy her before our family dinner but she came home with this one...so we are save from buying! lol... but before we munch on this sweet treat, of course photo session to the max first! :) it took me like nth time before i got the lighting that i'm wanting to achieve, after many trials of shoots... tadaaaan... still not good :( lol... it's ok, i'm just starting now... will have revenge later! lol

cuppies

one of the many things that i love... chocolate cupcakes! this one was brought home by the husband a few nights ago, bought it at Go Nuts Donuts, my favorite donut shop! :) it was my first time to try their cuppies and i was not dismayed at all! it was oh so yummy, not so sweet but tastes perfect! now i get it why its a little pricey compare to others... but it was ok! :) i even asked the husband for a next time!

choco addict

i heart chocolates! i'll die if i would'nt be able to get a sugar fix in a day. i need it to have my mind working. maybe the sweet tooth comes from my mom, i remember she equally divides every single chocolates we have in the house to three... for me, my sis and hers.
this yummy chocolates are from the Japanese visitor of our Company, equally shared to all employees as usual, so i just had one! :) not bad after all... and he also gave a set of golf balls to the other Japanese bosses.
