thin?!

A lot of my friends are noticing my weight loss, whoa! not that I'm taking a whole bunch of best weight loss pills though it's been a while since the last time I popped on those pills - let me tell you, they really worked on me! But had to stop because of the conflict with the medications I had to take sometime last year.
So you wonder how was I able to lose weight now?! well by simply doing my routine exercise and lessening my carbohydrates in take and avoiding fatty foods and sweets! Oh speaking of sweets, got loads of it from my friend who just came home from abroad! how can I say no to that?! sugar fix and all that jazz!
