me? a CSR?!

Funny how somebody asked me if I am working as a call center agent or something. At first I really was wondering why in the world did she asked me if I do so, is it too obvious with my dark circled eyes?! or maybe I look like a zombie walking in a broad daylight when we bump into each other two days ago. But then, after realizing my deep thought, she just blurt that the reason she asked me that is the fact that she often sees me online at wee hours of the day, which is really odd for a non csc agent to be. And so I told her that I work online, and practically burn myself from working overtime! haha.

paranoia

Oh men, just when we thought my parent's business is going on so smoothly, another issue arises. It's just that this one occupant who seems to be doing weir stuff around the apartment unit that they are staying. Well nothing serious actually, it's just that they usually goes out at the wee hours of the night and never comes home during the broad daylight. Maybe they are working as call center agents or something which require night shifts but I dunno, they just intrigues me. I should have gotten from them clearance of some sort or international background check whatever when they first move in. Oh well, maybe it's just me and my paranoia thinking aloud. Don't mind me. And oh, gotta go and take a peek while this renter leaves their house! haha.

Halloween is Near!

And so are the costume parties! That is why my friends and I are already on the boot to hunt for nice halloween costumes for our kiddos. Well, of course we are considering the clearance/sale side of every online store so we can really save - it's about being practical and all you know. So do I have my choices already?! Yeseree! xbox,slr or laptop?

My cousin who works in KSA is currently torn between buying a DSLR, Laptop or an XBox! He's been asking me for the nth time on my suggestion of what to buy. Actually, if it was me I'd honestly go for the camera, but then again because of his situation now I think he'd better get the xbox where he can play during his free time so he also wouldn't get bored in a place where he only have few friends to hang out with. So there, I'll wait for his call and will tell him my two cents :D

another good bye

It is another sad day for us, well no, don't get me wrong nothing terribly happened or whatever. It's just my dad is already preparing his luggage for he is about to leave tomorrow for work. Yes, we'll have to count another six months so we can see him again. Sometimes we always wish for a better luck for all of us so he wouldn't have to leave us here and at the same no more cries and missing of each other. Well, this is just another pace in out life that we have to accept, it is in fact for the goodness of us all. I just hope he will not get home sick or anything like that.

Today

.. has been a tiring one for me.

1. Help the cleaning lady with the general cleaning of the house - change curtains, table linens, shower curtain, remove the carpet and throw out old toys and magazines
   
2. Washed the remaining dirty clothes of the brat
3. Fished some online tasks and read about online trading business
4. Take care of the most demanding toddler in town
5. Wrapped some more of the gifts
6. Went to the trade fair to look for Pajama sets - failed, sold out.
7. Hear mass.
8. Dinner at my folks house
9. Went home and hanged the washed clothes

Here are some of the photos that I took during the last Manila Auto Salon 2008 held at SMX convention center. It was one successful event because there were so many car entries this year. And yes, car enthusiasts flew to see this once a year event that they wouldn't dare miss.

Pinoy Fear Factor host himself, Ryan Agoncillo! saw him last Friday at SMX convention center where he entries his car for the 2008 Auto show. The husband and I were surprise to see him there and was caught awed when we learned that the yellow car (which I thought was cool, the husband thinks the other way around) was his! He was the one whose putting up stickers! :D

And yes, he is super GWAPO! although I'm taller pa than him. But nevertheless, he's really handsome!

our weekend

Our weekend was a so-so, we went to a place that we should have not gone to, but as we all know, things happen for certain reason, thus whatever happens during the less than 1 hour moment of truth, we just charged it to experience.
We then went to the mall right after, to have some relaxing time and shopping for the little brat! we also had post snack/pre dinner at Pizza hut where we had pasta, pizza's and calamari. We then head to the supplies and appliances center to buys some faucets mom asked for us to get, got a new shower curtain and fitted bed sheet too.
Before we went home, I pass the bakeshop and bought this yummy ensaymada! :)

On Marriage

I Want a Better Marriage! of course every married man or woman wants this, right? Right. That is why as much as possible we try to be good to our partner. But of course things can be out of control at times, it is in fact normal, but sometimes there are couples who unluckily cannot put back the broken pieces of their marriage into its proper places. For me, having a church to attend to is one thing that can bind a husband and wife so closely together. With all the sermons and marriage counseling being offered by the priests or the pastors can do a lot of things for the marriage to work. frappe want!

I've been aching myself for a Starbucks coffee for some time now. I want a white mocha frappe venti as soon as possible. That is why I asked my sister to tag me along to her Wednesday mall trip :) And that is tomorrow! I can't wait to taste my yummy treat, and yes I'll probably buy krispy kreme donuts too! now, that's carbo and sweet loading eh? Who cares! I just badly need my me time and some sweet doze. rain and pounds

We are experiencing some bed weather again for the past few days, I am loving it actually! Remember, I prefer rainy days over summer. But there is one thing that hates me this season, its the food and the cravings for calories! You see, it is so pleasant to eat with a cold weather and it makes me induce more carbohydrates because the coldness of the weather makes me hungry every so often! So I guess I need to pop some diet pills to balance the pounds being stored in my body! oh, this makes me wish for a faster metabolism just like the other moms who doesn't have an issue with weight! But I guess its just ok, really, things like this happens to a lot of mommies out there. I'm not alone, and thats comforting.

Christmas is near!

I suddenly realized that we only have roughly four more months before we say hello to Christmas! It makes me so excited just by thinking about it, for it will be the second Yuletide for our daughter Olin, and this would be so much fun for her, opening her loots and all because she can really appreciates now with the big word wow from her! :) So I'm thinking now of making a d-i-y Christmas invitations to be given out to some close friends and family members so we can have a mini family reunion, though we hope to see one of those Las Vegas Shows!

diet mode

I have been thinking of researching and buying the best diet pills in the market today. You see, until now I still weighs roughly sixty kilos! when I was used to just below fifty before I got pregnant. It happens that there are still pregnancy fats enjoying their stay in my body. Tried almost everything, power juices with fat burning ingredients, exercising until I got burned out, dieting to the nth power but nothing seems to work for me. Now I'm into limiting my carbs intake and filling myself up with fresh fruits and orange juice. Oh, I just hope this new thing works for me! wish me luck!

wedding with zits

I was just checking out some of my friends latest friendster updates when I saw this...yes it was me on the top left :) taken at our friend's wedding last April, a few days after I had a hair cut... good thing the camera was not very well focus on our face or else you would see my zits and whatnots! it was really awkward specially to host an even knowing that there are pimples around your face! Just imagine how I feel so un-pretty during that said event... but nevertheless at least it wasn't too obvious, right? Guess what, it took me some time to search for best acne treatment online, I even called my dad to find one for me in the States. Good thing it just disappeared after almost two weeks! thank heavens!

diet

Been thinking about buying those infamous cheap diet pills in the market today. You know, to fast forward my desire to get my shape back after my pregnancy. Imagine, it has been sixteen months to be exact after my giving birth, but my body is still a total mess! bulges are still everywhere, never mind the photos, cellulites and bulges are just not visible in the pictures I tell you, thus making me look so thin in prints! which is by the way what I love with posing! In order to look thin a bit, you just have to pose and look for the right angle, and voila! you are thin! :)
