Told my husband that we better start taking care of our body now that we are starting to age… well, I’ll be hitting the big 3-0 this coming April and I really can start how my body becomes weak and my metabolism practically slows down thus explains my continuous weight gain. So I told him that it’ll be better for us to have a routine and maybe take some pills to help our body burn fats and all… though he might consider lifting weights and taking in bodybuilding supplements too! I just hope he’d be able to consider my suggestion :D
