sweet chili shrimps

I've been neglecting my food and recipe blog for two weeks now, been so busy with loads of work online and in real life. We got numbers of parties that we attended and some personal matters to take over, thus making me unavailable to post new recipes and cooking masterpieces. Anyways, I was watching a cooking show the other day and I saw how they cook shrimps in sweet chili ketchup, I suddenly got a cravings for it so I asked the husband to drop off the wet market and buy some shrimps for dinner yesterday. Here is the recipe, that might get a chance for the famous Cook off challenge! Since the recipe is so easy to find and the other ingredients are already in ones pantry....

Recipe:

1/4 kilo Shrimps
sweet chili sauce
salt
pepper
garlic
olive oil


Procedure:
Saute the crushed garlic in olive oil then drop in the shrimps when the garlic has brown already, season with salt and pepper then put the sweet chili sauce over and stir... wait for another 2 minutes and your done! serve with steamed rice...

What I love about this dish is that you can modify it to the taste you desire, like if you wanted a bit hot and spicy, you can just drop some fresh chili or if you wanted a sweet blend, some good amount of sugar can be added. It varies to the taste you want, so try it now!

I know a lot of friends who are into playing paintball, they even travel to different provinces where there is an invitation for games, not getting tired with practicing and talking about their latest passion which is BT Paintball. Buying stuffs they would need, in uniform, take note! they would order online for their same same gadgets, no one is left behind when it comes to gears and guns. I find it sometimes weird, but for them, its camaraderie. It's living out their passion for playing and their friendship. I have been thinking of researching and buying the best diet pills in the market today. You see, until now I still weighs roughly sixty kilos! when I was used to just below fifty before I got pregnant. It happens that there are still pregnancy fats enjoying their stay in my body. Tried almost everything, power juices with fat burning ingredients, exercising until I got burned out, dieting to the nth power but nothing seems to work for me. Now I'm into limiting my carbs intake and filling myself up with fresh fruits and orange juice. Oh, I just hope this new thing works for me! wish me luck!

There is a new thing to do on my list now, you see, the husband's birthday is in a month away. But the thing here is that, until now I haven't got him or shall I say I still doesn't have any idea on what to give him. Price wise, I would want to get him something but spending a hefty amount is not possible during this days, that is why if possible an affordable item but would be very useful for him is what I'm off to get. Been thinking of getting him one of those 5.11 Tactical Pants. Having hobbies like hunting and firing plus playing air soft once in while, I bet he will going to love those pair. Actually he really likes heavy clothing especially when he's out doing one of his interests, because those sports are really demanding! You really have to wear something strong or else it's gonna rip off in the middle of the play. And nobody wants that to happen, right? that is why camo's and fatigues are one of the ideal clothing they wear during those hunting and firing escapades. Alright now, got to go, will be checking out sites regarding this pants.
