A dear friend is currently on her job hunting state. In fact, she already received a few number of invites for interviews which makes her feel so ecstatic and excited at the same time (or does that two term implies the same thing?! hmmm). Anyways, she doesn't have any target work genre, she is indeed open to in fact, anything, well, as long that it has something to do with her course or eventually will let her practice what she is considered pro at. So what are the jobs she is about to get interviewed at? BPO practitioner, human resource department staff and even part of the health team and snag one of those Prosthetist Jobs of a certain foreign company, the others I'm not even sure of. But whatever she gets or wherever she lands, we all hope the best of everything for her! :D

Campouts are not for summers only. It is interestingly nice during the yearends also if you are going on a campout where snow does not exist. You can make it a family affair which will enhance your closeness to each other. You have more time to talk with your children, your spouse, and maybe even your grandchildren. Stories told over bonfire would enhance the campout especially if you have large marshmallows on tines and you are roasting lamb, chicken or fish.

When planning for campouts you should travel light but you should be sure to bring the most important stuff like your camping equipment, swiss knife, first aid kit, compass, map, food in can, salt for hydration, chocolate for energy, mosquito repellent which can also be home made from citronella oil, lemon eucalyptus or cedar. Remember to also bring your digital cameral with flash so that you can take memories with you even at night.

A lot of my friends are noticing my weight loss, whoa! not that I'm taking a whole bunch of best weight loss pills though it's been a while since the last time I popped on those pills - let me tell you, they really worked on me! But had to stop because of the conflict with the medications I had to take sometime last year.
So you wonder how was I able to lose weight now?! well by simply doing my routine exercise and lessening my carbohydrates in take and avoiding fatty foods and sweets! Oh speaking of sweets, got loads of it from my friend who just came home from abroad! how can I say no to that?! sugar fix and all that jazz!

Aside from cooking up new things for our photography/videography service like offering fast and affordable cd replication, on-site, avp creation and the likes. I am also thinking of going full time when it comes to scrapbooking (see photo sample) just like my friends who does great layout for their clients. Actually, I’ve been offering photo books to my clients which comes in our packages, but usually the layout pages are ready made templates and not very much personalized according to the designs/themes of the events we covered. Thus, I’m hoping to learn the hardcore way of lay outing and design so to be able to create pages dedicated to my client’s request :)

woot! you just got that right, our broken iPad were replaced just last weekend and indeed we are, specially my daughter is giddy happy once she learned that we are picking up our brand new iPad at the mall! And to celebrate, the husband buy in ear headphones to match our new baby :) Here’s a photo of us a few moments after we left the store… can you see how my daughter hold on to the paper bag handles? yes, she is indeed very excited to play and watch movies again the moment we got home. What makes them extraordinary is that they love my daughter even more that they treats her as if their own child. My heart often swells or whatever you call it whenever I see them enjoying each others company. To be honest, I really don’t know what makes a real good bed. Probably because I wasn’t thought by my parents or maybe because they too aren’t that particular when it comes to mattresses and bed frames. Actually, I grew up knowing that a good bed is just something that doesn’t give you back or neck pains after a night of sleep. Meaning, as long as the bed I slept in doesn’t made me complain for being to hard or soft then surely it’s a good bed! Until I heard some friends talks about brands and preferences about their sleeping nest that I realized that indeed, there are specifications or whatever for a bed to be a good one! But then again, I’m not that too particular with that so I guess I can still be that way as long as I get good snooze on our bed.

Since we arrived at the place first, the husband and I decided to roam around and check out everything the place has to offer. Told my husband that we better start taking care of our body now that we are starting to age… well, I’ll be hitting the big 3-0 this coming April and I really can start how my body becomes weak and my metabolism practically slows down thus explains my continuous weight gain. So I told him that it’ll be better for us to have a routine and maybe take some pills to help our body burn fats and all… though he might consider lifting weights and taking in bodybuilding supplements too! I just hope he’d be able to consider my suggestion :D

I was about to put myself to sleep when my cousin buzzed and asked for some help. Turns out, he needs information on how to treat scalp eczema though he's still not sure if it is indeed eczema or just plain allergy on his head. Sometimes I wonder why do I keep on forgetting things, important things to be precise. Imagine, forgetting my passwords for important accounts! One of my favorite to do whenever I go to the mall is drop by the bookstore and spend a few minutes there, browsing the latest book releases - if I don't have any thoughts of buying. So the last time I was there, found a stash Filipino written books and this is what actually caught my attention. A book written by a well known Filipino movie/screen play writer, Ricky Lee that talks about love and loss.
Didn't bought the book, I'm on a budget these past few days... maybe when I'm financially able to splurge again, definitely will buy books again!

Disney Hollywood Hotel Room

Forgive me for not updating my "supposedly" photo blog as often as possible, well as most of you know, my hands are so full with so many stuff online and offline. And with a pre-schooler to attend to everyday - life has been uberly busy!

Anyways, as I was organizing my photos during our Hong Kong trip, I realized that it has been a month already and still, haven't blog about it! I should have reminisce our first out of the country trip so my readers will be able to know the stories behind all that so many photos!

So to start of, let me share with you some shots of our Disney Hollywood Hotel room, which we (specially my daughter) really adored! Everything was just right and in all fairness, it met my expectations well! though there is no outdoor fireplace or something, because we didn't need any heating equipment during the time we were there (it was summer, fyi). So there, will post more pictures and hopefully will be able to finish our
trip story within this week!

been eating a whole lot of carbohydrates filled foods and sugar loaded desserts this past few days. It has been my thing to go out and eat more than what I'm supposed to when I am worried, troubled and stressed out. Even my doctor told me to stop binging on foods during my stress filled days because in the end, things will be alright but my weight and health will not. You see, when we over eat foods that are not that really healthy, outcome will lead us to sickness and obesity. Of course, taking quick weight loss will help big time but the emotional baggage of being over weight and problems loaded will not easily washed away. That is why, I guess it's time for me to think things slowly and decide what best for me without giving a binge on food

a friend sent me a message asking me about natural cures for hair loss. You see, he has been experiencing major hair loss ever since he stepped foot on that country, most probably it's from the unruly climate or weather (or whatever you call it) that it has, causing scalp irritation thus explains loss of his hair. Actually, even my husband told me about that too after a few weeks of staying there, but he managed to get over it by giving extra care to his hair - by not using hot water during his shower and bath time (that I find very impossible to believe! lol) So there, do you have any suggestion on what to use or do for him to avoid major hair loss?

I was just checking out some of my friends latest facebook updates when I saw a picture 0f me taken at our friend's wedding last April, a few days after I had a hair cut... good thing the camera was not very well focus on our face or else you would see my zits and what nots! it was really awkward specially to host an even knowing that there are pimples around your face! Just imagine how I feel so un-pretty during that said event... but nevertheless at least it wasn't too obvious, right? Guess what, it took me some time to search for blackhead removal online, I even called my dad to find one for me in the States. Good thing it just disappeared after almost two weeks! thank heavens!

After weeks of not driving, found myself behind the wheel earlier today to accompany my sister to the salon. And as expected, there are only few cars/motorists on the road as people are glued in to their television sets to watch the inauguration of the newly elected President of the country. But a friend bluntly tells his online friends through his status that he is not interested with the 'show' but rather found himself more interested with a d0cumentary that features about Texas Truck accident lawyer! Oh well, at least he gets to learn so many things about road accidents which in the future he can tell me more about since I do drive and whether I like it our not is prone to road misfortune!

Still wide awake and blogging, well aside from packing our stuffs for our upcoming family trip on Monday. Actually I'm still clueless on what to bring since it's our first out of the country trip. A friend suggested that we should bring some typical medicines in case something happened, like we got affected or something with the change of weather or something. She also told us to doze on whatever vitamin we got so to boost our immune system and be as healthy as possible and no mishaps on whatsoever during our trip! Oh well, I'm blabbing here, just excited! :D

Rainy days is already here! And thus the flood too, everywhere. In fact, like two days ago, the husband and I decided to visit my cousins in the city, unfortunately it rained the whole travel time so we were most of the time slow moving, traffic was terrible! And the reason? because it flood already! Oh yes, with just what, a straight 10 minutes of rain and it already flooded the area. How we felt sorry for the commuters who got no choice but to dip themselves on the dirty flood while waiting for their transportation. How lucky for those who have cars and are already on the road, for we are spared from walking and standing in that germs and dirt full water, I hope those people didn't get eczema or other skin diseases that are very common to that. And I do also hope that the local government will take action on that flood thing and do something about it, so it won't happen again.

My cousin who recently boarded a cruise ship to work as a cabin crew emailed me and told me so many wonderful things that she has experienced in a week's time. Turns out, they were able to tour down the Florida area and was able to visit their crew head's house in the orlando timeshare
Oh well, I'm really happy for my cousin, but deep inside I can't help but feel jealous because I also dream of seeing all those wonderful sites that she has already visited! But still, I'm really happy for her :D

Yesterday when the husband and rummaging his stuffs, he suddenly saw my boots! and I can't understand his reaction when he first saw it. After a few seconds of being stunned, he looked at me with questioning stare of some sort as if asking me bluntly of what in the world a pair of knee high boots is doing on our storage cabinet. Can't help but only smile and let that act do the talking. Thank heavens he was probably just too tired to make kulit and ask me why I have a boots, in a country which is 99% tropical and super duper humid and scorching hot! oh well, men will always be men... they'll never understand our taste for fashion! :D

It has been what, more than three years now when I started shopping online. It was really a heaven feeling whenever click the items that I would love to have and voila, in a matter of few weeks, the item together with some more items is delivered to my doorstep! That simple. Sans though the four to five weeks waiting period for our shopping loots to arrive. But really, never thought that I would be very much addicted to shopping stuffs online. Though my mom already told me that I have the tendency to splurge and to impulse buy whenever I see something nice and cheap. And was able to prove that to myself after seeing myself does retail therapy every so often even for those items that I just don't seem to need.
That is why I am super thankful for the dollar store products, for being available every time I need to let go of my shopping itch, at least I wouldn't have to buy expensive products and at $1 I can already contain myself and feel satisfied. But to be honest, those dollar store item are really heaven sent, because imagine being able to buy let's say items for a birthday party everything priced at $1 is really affordable especially those wholesale dollar items that are very much pretty expensive if you buy them on malls and specialty shops right?

Admit it or not, we all love to shop. Though we only differ on what literally fancies our tastes and sensed right, but yes, definitely we all love to shop and splurge every once in a while.
